Physical Therapist Assistant, Full Time or Part Time, Outpatient Orthopedics

Advanced Rehabilitation is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient orthopedics position in Santa Claus, Indiana. Full-time candidates are preferred, and new PTA graduates will receive dedicated support and mentorship.

About the Role

You will treat a general orthopedic caseload in a dynamic outpatient setting, including work injuries, post-surgical conditions, and sports injuries. Full-time PTAs can expect 12 to 14 patients scheduled across an 8-hour day, with most appointments running 40 minutes and a range of 30 minutes to one hour. The clinic uses Prompt EMR, a documentation system well regarded among therapy professionals for its streamlined workflow and comprehensive patient management tools.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm and Friday from 8am to 3pm. No weekends and no holidays. A flexible schedule may be available based on clinic needs and candidate availability.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for a full-time position is $23 to $30 per hour, including base pay and a production incentive. Advanced Rehabilitation offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to meet a variety of needs.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
