# Senior Manager, Post-Production / Lead Editor## Chicago Bulls•### @chicagobullsPosted on 6/29/2026•Full-time## Job Description**Position Overview**We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Manager, Post-Production / Lead Editor to lead our editorial team in producing compelling video content that brings Chicago Bulls stories to life. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the post-production process, from managing schedules and editorial workflows to editing original content across multiple platforms. You will also serve as the direct manager of the Digital Asset Manager role, ensuring that our content creation and asset management systems work seamlessly together.In this role, you’ll be part of a team that includes an editor, assistant editor, and post-production assistant. Additionally, our production team is hands on during the editorial process, helping with everything from editorial to logging/tagging and project prep. The ideal candidate has a strong background in editing, creative storytelling, and managing editorial teams within a fast-paced sports or entertainment environment. You will have direct impact on the quality and innovation of Bulls content, helping to ensure our product meets the highest creative and technical standards while advancing Bulls fandom and business objectives.The Chicago Bulls video team BullsTV is the in-house video production arm within the Bulls Content Department. This team aims to create first-class, compelling content that advances Bulls fandom, gives unique insight to the team, and contributes to overall business objectives.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the BullsTV post-production team, managing editors, assistant editors, and the Digital Asset Manager role to ensure smooth execution of projects and efficient editorial workflows.* Edit and deliver high-quality video content for social media, in-arena, and TV/broadcast platforms.* Manage daily scheduling, project assignments, and editorial resources, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple concurrent edits.* Collaborate with producers and other editors to develop creative concepts, player features, and original Bulls content franchises.* Oversee and participate in post-production tasks including color correction, audio mixing, graphics integration, and finishing workflows.* Ensure all content adheres to brand style guidelines, partnership requirements, and platform-specific specifications.* Provide direct mentorship, feedback, and leadership to the editorial team, fostering growth and maintaining high creative standards.* Manage and maintain editorial systems, workflows, and server organization, ensuring integration with Bulls digital asset management systems.* Stay current on industry trends, tools, and storytelling approaches, driving innovation and helping Bulls content stand out across the NBA landscape.* Support operational efficiency by adopting new systems and technologies that optimize post-production workflows.**Qualifications/Experience*** 6–8+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, or brand content.* Minimum of 1 year of experience managing full-time staff.* Proven leadership and management experience overseeing editors, assistant editors, and/or asset managers.* Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects and DaVince a plus.* Strong knowledge of camera workflows/codecs (ARRI Mini, Sony FX9/FX6, Canon Cinema EOS series).* Experience with multi-format video production including horizontal (16x9), square (1x1), and vertical (9x16).* Ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.* Strong understanding of digital content trends, audience engagement strategies, and storytelling best practices.* Experience in Media Asset Management workflows and collaboration with DAM systems.* Flexibility to adapt to the demands of an NBA season, including working evenings, weekends, and non-game events.* Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to work across departments and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Organized, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven with excellent time management skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.**Compensation & Benefits**The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually + annual discretionary bonus.
