Job Title: Production Specialist (Entry-Level)



Payrate: $25.13 per hour

Shift: 5:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday (OT available on Fridays)

Location: Redmond, WA 98052

We’re hiring Production Workers and Assemblers to support a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start working quickly, learn hands-on skills, and build a long-term career. You’ll receive training and have the chance to grow into higher-level assembly and production roles while working consistent hours with frequent overtime available.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble parts and equipment following instructions and quality standards
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
  • Perform sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within required timeframes
  • Rotate across workstations and develop proficiency throughout the production line
  • Read basic blueprints and schematics (advanced levels will expand this skill)
  • Identify and report quality or production issues
  • Record measurements and production data accurately
  • Follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes
  • Move and handle materials, parts, and finished goods
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Support team operations and assist with training at higher skill levels

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20–50 lbs regularly
