As a USPS mail carrier, you load mail that has been sorted into your delivery truck or mailbag and deliver the mail according to a predetermined route by foot or truck. As a mail clerk, you work in the post office, helping customers prepare packages and envelopes for mailing. Your responsibilities include weighing packages, assisting customers to apply for passports, as well as selling postage, boxes, and envelopes.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Post Office Clerk, and why are they important?
