East West Manufacturing is seeking a high-impact Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead enterprise-level initiatives, with a primary focus on M&A execution, organizational strategy formulation, and post-merger integration.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of acquisitions, integration efforts, and enterprise strategy execution—directly contributing to the company’s ability to scale, integrate new businesses, and achieve long-term growth objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in M&A integration, cross-functional program leadership, and executive-level communication, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) & Integration Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end integration efforts for acquisitions, from diligence through post-close execution
  • Develop and execute integration strategies, 100-day plans, and functional playbooks to ensure value realization
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration workstreams (Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain) to align processes, systems, and teams
  • Track integration milestones, risks, and synergies; drive accountability to deliver on deal objectives
  • Ensure seamless transition and operational continuity while minimizing business disruption

Organizational Strategy Formulation & Execution

  • Partner with leadership to define, shape, and deliver strategic initiatives aligned to company growth objectives
  • Translate strategic priorities (e.g., expansion, transformation, acquisitions) into structured, executable project plans
  • Support development of strategic roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks
  • Evaluate business opportunities and risks to inform decision-making and strategic direction

Strategic Initiatives & Program Leadership

  • Drive execution of high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives across business units
  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs that require coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Establish program governance, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to maintain momentum and delivery timelines

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, providing clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting
  • Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving accountability
  • Lead communication strategies across integration and transformation initiatives to ensure organizational alignment

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY & SKILLS

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – required
  • 5+ years of experience leading M&A, integration, or strategic initiatives
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to successfully drives cross-functional initiatives with strong strategic thinking and disciplined execution
  • Delivers change and integration outcomes through strong executive communication and effective prioritization
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership / executive stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in integration planning, change management, and program execution 
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operational environments
  • Exposure to corporate development, private equity-backed organizations, or high-growth environments
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business experience
