Job description

Overview

This role will focus on driving growth of Piedmont Oncology services through targeted outreach, provider engagement and increasing referrals in the Eastern region to include East Hub role to include Piedmont Rockdale, Newton and Athens areas.

ResponsibilitiesThis position supports the assigned Senior Outreach Consultant and Outreach Manager in executing physician outreach activities for the designated territory. This role assists in managing referral development efforts, tracking referral trends and strengthening relationships with key internal and external clients. This person plays a key role in implementing business to business strategies that drive referral growth and enhance physician engagement across the assigned market. This position also collaborates with marketing, clinical operations and other internal partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a closely related field Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years of post-graduate work experience, preferably in healthcare operations, sales, marketing or business development Required
