Join our team at Park Lane Post Acute in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where we are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. As a Unit Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing unit.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Unit Clerk. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our nurses and other healthcare professionals. This is a Full-time opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $22 HOURLY.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with scheduling resident medical appointments in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical charts by filing, scanning, and thinning records as needed
• Utilize EMR and transportation scheduling platform MOVI to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team to achieve goals and objectives
• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the nursing unit
