Location: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute - San Jacinto, CA
Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time
Compensation: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour (based on experience)
San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and function
  • Supervise PTA staff and ensure quality of care
