Our in-hotel setting inside Hotel Arts Kensington inspires delightfully unexpected experiences, shared in both new and familiar company. We need a dynamic hospitality professional looking for a place to grow, where a strong work ethic is rewarded, and the opportunity to further explore their passion for food and beverage.

The Hotel Arts Group is currently seeking a seasonal Server in our restaurant, Oxbow, Hotel Arts Kensington. 

The server needs to anticipate and determine our guests needs before they know what they are. They are our food and beverage "superstars" making sure our guests have the best experience. We want our team to be knowledgeable, but welcoming and warm. 

Job Requirements:

  • Visible and demonstrated passion for the food and beverage and hospitality industry. 
  • Well-versed in wine and elevated dining
  • Charm and charisma! With a helpful, positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with us.
  • Valid ProServe Certificate
  • 1-2+ years of previous food service, bartending or restaurant experience essential
  • Flexible schedule required, with availability to close Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and a fast-paced environment
  • Requires standing/walking throughout shift
  • Lifting trays of up to 20 lbs, reaching and bending
  • Position may be subject to a criminal background check
