Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is on the lookout for a committed and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role involves providing high-quality mental health services to clients via telehealth, utilizing effective therapeutic methodologies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming the mental health landscape for individuals in need, working closely with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are a leading outpatient psychiatric service provider located in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. Our mission revolves around delivering exceptional mental health care rooted in trauma-informed practices and evidence-based therapies. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment that fosters healing and growth for both clients and therapists. With a commitment to community well-being, our team works collaboratively to ensure that every individual receives the personalized support they deserve.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from your preferred location while still making a meaningful impact on clientsโ€™ lives. Our telehealth setting is designed to support both mental health professionals and clients, ensuring effective communication and engagement through state-of-the-art virtual therapy platforms. The role operates during regular business hoursโ€”Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMโ€”facilitating a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clientsโ€™ backgrounds, mental health conditions, and treatment needs, leading to the development of tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions that promote mental health recovery and resilience.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring all patient records are accurate and secure.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to discuss cases and optimize patient care approaches.
  • Engage with clients and their families to offer psychoeducation on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and associated community resources, empowering them in their treatment journeys.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering an environment of continuous professional development and care quality improvement.
  • Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health, applying new knowledge to improve therapeutic practices within the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health conditions. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal mental health goals. Each session is customized to meet the unique needs of the client, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active license to practice in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of each client.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client scenarios and guide treatment effectively.
  • A collaborative spirit, valuing diverse input from fellow clinicians while fostering a strong team dynamic.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is preferred, particularly in outpatient settings.
  • Experience with diverse populations and acute mental health issues is highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments will be an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life and disability insurance to safeguard your health.
  • We provide malpractice insurance to protect your professional practice.
  • An employee assistance program is available to support your mental well-being as you care for others.
  • We also offer professional development opportunities and financial assistance for continuing education, enabling you to expand your expertise and credentials.
  • Enjoy unlimited referrals to maintain a full caseload, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks with streamlined paperwork processes.
  • Your compensation reflects our commitment to providing a rewarding career path in mental health.

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we believe in nurturing the talent and ambitions of every team member. We support ongoing education and training, offering pathways to advanced roles in clinical leadership or specialization areas within mental health.
