Job description

About the Role

The Lead Product Manager, Enterprise Sellers will be responsible for enabling, supporting, and empowering our largest and most sophisticated sellers to grow and thrive on Poshmark. This role focuses on maximizing the product experience for enterprise-scale sellers by delivering the tools, integrations, and APIs they need to manage inventory, streamline operations, and scale their businesses efficiently on our platform.

This person will own the product strategy and roadmap for Poshmark's developer API platform โ€” enabling enterprise customers to integrate their existing business systems directly with Poshmark to create and manage listings at scale. They will also oversee integrations with leading third-party seller applications, ensuring Poshmark is the platform of choice for professional and high-volume sellers. Working closely with engineering, marketing, business development, and account management, this PM will help define the future of large-scale selling on Poshmark and be a key driver of inventory growth, seller retention, and platform health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Vision: Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise seller platform, with a focus on reducing friction, increasing inventory volume, and improving the end-to-end seller journey for high-volume merchants.
  • Developer API Platform: Own the development of Poshmark's developer-facing API suite, enabling enterprise customers to integrate their inventory management, ERP, and order management systems with Poshmark to create, update, and manage listings programmatically. Drive adoption and ensure the APIs meet the scalability and reliability needs of enterprise clients.
  • Third-Party Seller App Integrations: Oversee and grow Poshmark's ecosystem of third-party seller app integrations, including cross-listing tools, inventory platforms, shipping solutions, and analytics providers. Evaluate new integration opportunities, define partner standards, and ensure a high-quality and consistent seller experience across all connected applications.
  • Seller Tools & Insights: Oversee the development of seller-facing tools, data, and insights that drive incremental listing growth and support enterprise sellers in managing and scaling their business on Poshmark.
  • Voice of the Seller: Act as the internal champion for enterprise sellers, gathering and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform the product roadmap, influence policy decisions, and educate cross-functional partners on seller needs.
  • Data & Customer-Driven Decision Making: Use market research, seller feedback, and data analytics to drive prioritization decisions, define success metrics, and continuously improve the enterprise seller experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering and Business Development to deliver the product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise seller platform, ensuring technical feasibility and a high-quality developer experience.
  • Work with Business Development and Account Management to support enterprise seller partnerships, participate in seller-facing communications, and translate merchant needs into product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure a seamless seller experience from onboarding through day-to-day inventory management and business operations on Poshmark.
  • Partner with Operations and Trust & Safety teams to uphold seller performance standards and help mitigate fraud and abuse at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in platform products, developer APIs, or enterprise/B2B software.
  • Related Work Experience: Demonstrated track record of shipping developer-facing APIs or integration platforms used by external partners or enterprise customers. Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS environments strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of REST API design principles, authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, API keys), and integration patterns common in enterprise software. Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional leadership experience.
  • AI: Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools used across the product development lifecycle โ€” from using AI to synthesize customer research and generate insights, to accelerating prototyping, writing and reviewing PRDs, and informing prioritization decisions. Comfort evaluating and championing AI-powered capabilities that improve the enterprise seller experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Goals & KPIs

  • Increased enterprise seller satisfaction scores (NPS/CSAT) and improvements in seller retention rates among high-volume merchants.
  • Inventory growth as measured by total listings volume via enterprise seller API and third-party integrations.
  • API platform adoption: increase in the number of enterprise customers actively using Poshmark APIs, measured by authenticated API calls, integrated accounts, and time-to-first-listing.
  • Expansion of third-party seller app integrations, measured by the number of certified partner integrations and seller-reported satisfaction with connected tools.
  • Improvement in marketplace health metrics including reduction in item-not-as-described reports and improvements in seller handling time among enterprise accounts.
