Pay Range: $75,000 - 125,000 annually (100% Commission)
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
This is not your typical sales job! A career in sales at NFM means helping our loyal customers create a home that they love. As NFM's Sales Representative, you will provide world class service to NFM customers by using Ten Steps of the Sales and performing the following duties.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Monitor Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid "grouping" or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
  • Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution
  • Plan Maximize the sales process. Achieve all sales targets and goals as assigned by the Sales Manager, including sales volume, gross margin%, add-on sales and returned merchandise
  • Assist Use all existing tools, such as catalogs, internet, workshops, etc. to acquire expert knowledge of the assigned product lines
  • Collaborate Support the department's management staff. Demonstrate teamwork at all times with all NFM work groups

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
  • High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
  • Customer centric and enjoys serving others
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
  • English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
