Job Type: Full Time, Onsite
Pay: $17–$20 per hour
Schedule: Normal Business hours - Open to Evenings/Weekends during busy periods of the year

Spotted Dog Company is a growing eCommerce business that creates personalized and giftable drinkware sold through Amazon, Etsy, and other online channels. We make products people buy for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, holidays, and other meaningful life moments.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help create, engrave, pack, and ship customer orders. This is a hands-on role where your work directly affects the quality of the product customers receive.

Position Overview

The Production & Fulfillment Associate will help turn customer orders into finished products. This includes preparing machine files using Photoshop, operating a laser engraver, inspecting finished products, and packing orders for shipment.

During slower production periods, this person will also assist with simple reporting tasks, product listing improvements, and other business support projects.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and likes being part of a small business where every person makes a real impact.

Main Responsibilities Production & Laser Engraving
  • Prepare customer designs and production files using Photoshop
  • Set up and operate laser engraving equipment
  • Engrave drinkware and other gift products according to order specifications
  • Review finished items for quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Follow production instructions and meet daily order deadlines
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Packing & Shipping
  • Carefully package finished products to prevent damage during shipping
  • Print shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup
  • Match products, packing slips, and labels accurately
  • Help maintain shipping supplies and production inventory
Slow-Period Projects
  • Assist with basic business reporting and data entry
  • Help review and improve online product listings
  • Support listing updates, product research, and organization projects
  • Help identify ways to improve workflow, quality, and efficiency

The ideal candidate is dependable, careful, and willing to learn. You do not need to have laser engraving experience, but you should be comfortable using a computer and following detailed instructions.
