Le(la) gestionnaire de comptes nationaux est responsable de la croissance des ventes et de la rentabilité de ses comptes majeurs assignés (grands détaillants nationaux). Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le(la) directeur(trice) national(e) des comptes, il(elle) développe et maintient des relations d'affaires solides et durables avec les acheteurs et décideurs de ses comptes, et assure l'exécution des stratégies commerciales de Garant en magasin. Responsabilité Développer et maintenir des partenariats stratégiques à long terme avec les acheteurs et décideurs des comptes majeurs assignés.

Élaborer un plan d'affaires annuel par compte et produire des rapports mensuels incluant les résultats de ventes, la rentabilité, les parts de marché, les tendances et les opportunités de croissance. Négocier les ententes annuelles de prix, conditions de vente et programmes promotionnels avec les acheteurs. Assurer le suivi de la rentabilité par compte et optimiser les investissements promotionnels pour maximiser la marge.

Analyser les données de ventes (POS) et les tendances de marché pour identifier des opportunités de croissance et proposer des ajustements tactiques. Assurer l'exécution du marchandisage chez les clients détaillants, localisation, quantité et exposition des produits en magasin et en entrepôt. Préparer et présenter les nouveaux produits aux acheteurs clés, en mettant en valeur leurs avantages concurrentiels pour susciter de nouvelles inscriptions et stimuler les ventes.

Élaborer et mettre en place des promotions innovantes pour stimuler les ventes en magasin et accroître la visibilité des produits Garant. Gérer les prévisions de ventes par compte et collaborer avec la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour assurer les niveaux de service et minimiser les ruptures. Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance par compte (taux de service, sell-through, taux de démarque) et proposer des actions correctives au besoin.

Travailler étroitement avec le Marketing, la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les Finances pour assurer l'exécution des lancements de produits et des initiatives saisonnières. Recueillir et analyser les informations sur la concurrence et les programmes clients, et les transmettre à la direction. Participer activement aux salons commerciaux et événements clients pour représenter Garant, promouvoir les produits et développer les relations d'affaires.

Produire les rapports de ventes et assurer une mise à jour rigoureuse des outils de suivi. Formation et expérience Formation universitaire en administration des affaires, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes majeurs dans le secteur de la grande distribution nationale.

Expérience avérée en négociation commerciale et en gestion de la rentabilité par compte. Maîtrise intermédiaire à avancée de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Connaissance des portails fournisseurs (EDI, portails acheteurs de grands détaillants), un atout.

Bilinguisme français/anglais, un atout. Compétences Forte orientation résultats et sens des affaires développé. Excellentes aptitudes à la négociation et à la gestion des relations commerciales.

Capacité à analyser des données de ventes (POS) et à formuler des recommandations claires. Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation dans la gestion de comptes multiples. Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
