We’re hiring a results‐driven Area Manager to oversee several Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers. The Area Manager oversees multiple Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance management. This position is responsible for developing Service Center Managers, driving financial results, ensuring operational consistency, and fostering a strong values-driven culture across all assigned locations.

What You’ll Do:
Drive Multi‐Store Results
- Deliver revenue, car count, ARO, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Use performance data to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
- Ensure stores operate safely, consistently, and profitably.
Lead & Develop Managers
- Coach and hold Service Center Managers accountable.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and talent development planning.
- Build strong teams and manage promotions, compensation, and performance.
Maintain Culture & Standards
- Reinforce company values across all locations.
- Run effective weekly leadership meetings.
- Recognize top performance and address behavioral issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational systems.
Operational Execution
- Enforce SuperPro processes and compliance standards.
- Oversee labor management and timecard accuracy.
- Ensure adoption of new initiatives, updates, and certifications.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of multi‐unit leadership (automotive preferred).
- Proven track record improving financial and operational performance.
- Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills.
- KPI‐driven mindset and strong business acumen.
- Ability to travel between service centers.
- Proficiency with POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft 365.
