Job description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and creative Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will transforming clients’ visions into stunning, functional kitchen spaces. Your expertise in layout design, renovation, and sales will help customers realize their dream kitchens while providing exceptional customer service. As a Kitchen Designer, you will blend artistic flair with technical skills to craft customized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen renovations and remodels
  • Use Cyncly Design Live (2020) to create detailed kitchen layouts and visualizations
  • Conduct product demos and explain features of cabinetry to customers
  • Manage project timelines from initial consultation through installation, ensuring seamless communication between clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Provide expert advice on renovation processes, construction considerations, and maintenance requirements
  • Support merchandising efforts by showcasing kitchen displays and organizing product presentations in-store or at client sites

Requirements

  • Proven experience in layout design using 2020 Design Live for a minimum of 1 year
  • Strong background in sales, inside sales, outside sales, and customer service within retail or remodeling environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and vendors
  • Knowledge of renovation, construction processes, remodeling techniques, and maintenance practices
  • Ability to handle CRM/POS systems, retail math calculations, and product demos confidently
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with merchandising strategies and marketing principles to enhance showroom presentation
