Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the client-side delivery of IT Operations and Service Desk transformation initiatives focused on AI, automation, and operational efficiency. This role will drive project planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and production readiness while coordinating closely with a third-party implementation partner. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, experience managing vendor-led technology implementations, and a background in IT operations, service management, or digital workplace transformation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the client-side Project Manager for Service Desk and IT Operations transformation initiatives.
  • Own project planning, execution oversight, governance, and delivery readiness through production deployment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness activities.
  • Track and manage project deliverables, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Service Desk, EUC, Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Operations, and other internal teams.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to ensure successful execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide executive-level project status reporting, updates, and decision tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation, delivery artifacts, meeting notes, and decision logs.
  • Support additional IT operations, service desk, AI, automation, and digital workplace initiatives as required.
