Job description

CTP is looking for a rockstar Integrated Project Manager who will be responsible for the agency's project workflow and resourcing, team collaboration, internal deadlines for our clients - with some aspects of this role being client facing. To succeed you'll need to be organized and detail oriented, positive and solutions-oriented, resourceful under pressure, and be a troubleshooting master who can problem-solve quickly.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities | Project Management & Workflow
  • Own agency-wide project workflow across traditional, digital and video work, keeping all active projects moving forward daily and ensuring deadlines are met across accounts
  • Partner with our Creative Directors for project resourcing, assigning projects to the right creatives based on capability, capacity, and account needs
  • Project manage and partner with our Sr Video Editor on small run-and-gun video productions from pre-production through delivery
  • Develop project estimates and schedules, always looking for ways to streamline and improve how we work
  • Partner with Brand Management and Creative leadership to review priorities, flag concerns proactively, and align on solutions before issues escalate
  • Lead weekly agency status meetings and internal budget/resourcing check-ins
  • Look for ways to continuously improve how the agency works, embracing new tools and approaches, including AI, to create efficiencies and free up time for higher-value work
  • Ensure all projects follow agency process/internal approval steps and confirm accuracy of deliverables - proofing all assets and specs prior to trafficking/delivery
  • Assist Finance with production billing, ensuring all POs are accurate and approved
  • Own and optimize Monday.com as the agency's central project management platform - continuously improving dashboards, workflows, and visibility for the whole team

As-Needed Support
  • Manage key vendors, like print production resources, for project deliverables, as needed
  • Source and manage freelance creatives/producers for projects that require additional resources
  • Serve as a capable internal resource for basic website updates and content management - knowing when to handle in-house and when to engage a partner for larger requests
  • Support the team with HubSpot management and basic digital project coordination as needed, like the agency newsletter

What You Bring
  • Ability to commute to our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
  • 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency or creative environment
  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite familiarity
  • Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management platforms
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms; ability to make basic updates and manage small digital projects independently
  • Some hands-on experience producing video projects, from simple run-and-gun shoots to coordinating freelance resources
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and genuine curiosity about how they can improve workflow and efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to stay steady under pressure

Please note, all employees are required to be in-office at our CTP location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The salary range for these roles is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
