Job description

Overview: We're looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Boston! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about spreading Little Words Project's message of kindness and self-love. As a Sales Associate, you'll bring our brand story to life, help guests find bracelets that speak to them, and create an unforgettable in-store experience.
What you'll do:
  • Share our mission, help guests find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs.
  • Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events-making every visit extra special.
  • Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer cguest questions, and provide top-notch service.
  • Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our guests.
  • Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
  • Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving.
  • Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
