Senior Manager, Store Systems Software (POS)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Store Systems Software (POS) to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge retail solutions across a vast network of retail locations. What You'll Bring to the Table
Required Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver on tight deadlines in dynamic settings
  • Proven experience managing Agile teams, with a focus on software development lifecycle and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, capable of providing constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with contemporary front-end and back-end technologies, including cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
