About the Role:
George Washington Toma is looking for a driven and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our East Weymouth, MA location. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic retail environment, inspire a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
Working Schedule:
  • Monday-Saturday 45/hr work week
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a positive shopping experience
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and product displays to maximize sales floor impact
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
  • Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols
  • Analyze key retail metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
