What is a POS Implementation Manager?

A POS Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment and integration of Point of Sale (POS) systems at businesses such as retail stores or restaurants. They coordinate with clients, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the system meets business requirements, is installed correctly, and staff are properly trained. Their role includes managing project timelines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new POS system.
