Pay Range: $70 - $75 on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Global Point of Sale (GPOS) Change Lead to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a large-scale enterprise Point of Sale (POS) transformation program. This role will drive the successful rollout of new POS hardware and software across multiple retail brands by developing change strategies, conducting organizational readiness and impact assessments, and ensuring business adoption. The ideal candidate has successfully led enterprise-wide technology deployment programs involving both physical hardware and software rollouts across multiple locations and large employee populations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management for the Global POS transformation program.
  • Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses across business functions.
  • Partner with Retail Operations, IT, Program Management, and business leaders to ensure deployment readiness.
  • Coach leaders and change champions to drive user adoption and minimize organizational resistance.
  • Track adoption metrics, identify risks, and provide executive-level status updates and recommendations.
  • Support onsite deployment activities and ensure successful adoption during rollout waves.
Must-have Skills:
  • 6+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
  • PROSCI Certification or extensive experience applying the ADKAR change management methodology.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology deployments across multiple locations.
  • Direct experience leading Point of Sale (POS) rollouts is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with experience leading enterprise hardware and software deployments such as telephony systems, enterprise phone implementations, store technology, infrastructure, or device rollouts will also be strongly considered.
  • Strong experience conducting organizational readiness assessments, change impact analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, leadership coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing complex deployments involving logistics, distributed workforces, and phased implementation schedules.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Retail industry experience (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in Banking or other multi-location enterprise organizations.
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure or store technology implementations.
  • Previous experience leading global or multi-brand transformation initiatives.
Additional Information:
  • Hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Candidates should be available to travel onsite during major deployment phases, typically once every three weeks (based on sprint and rollout schedules).
  • Experience supporting both physical technology deployments and concurrent software implementations is highly desirable.
