    Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements for hospitality technology projects.
    • Create detailed process flows, technical documentation, meeting notes, requirements documents, and stakeholder communications.
    • Partner with IT teams, hotel operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to support project delivery and operational improvements.
    • Support Front of House and guest-facing technology initiatives including POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, and hospitality applications.
    • Track project requirements, dependencies, risks, action items, and implementation activities.
    • Assist with testing coordination, process validation, issue tracking, and rollout support activities.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, high-visibility hospitality environment.

    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology projects.
    • Strong experience with technical documentation, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
    • Experience supporting hospitality, hotel, casino, restaurant, or other customer-facing operational environments.
    • Ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Must possess enough technical acumen to understand systems, integrations, and technical discussions.
    • Local Las Vegas candidates only - onsite 3 to 4 days per week.
    • Experience supporting Front of House (FOH) or guest-facing technology projects.
    • Experience with hospitality technologies such as POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, or hotel operational systems.
    • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
    • Hospitality or casino industry experience strongly preferred.
