Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a Cutover/Testing Lead to manage global SAP rollouts. The role involves coordinating cutover activities, maintaining project plans, and reporting on status to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for to updating the template for future cutovers during the global implementation of the new systems.
• Provides cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordination of legacy shut down activities prior to application activation
• Responsible for coordinating with the project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover and legacy business process transition.
• Coordinate with the project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover and legacy business process transition.
• Develops detailed cut-over checklist and project plan.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the Cut-over Project Plan
• Responsible for detailed project management of the cut-over and conversion deliverables to the new system, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cut-over.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience of coordinating and managing cutover / go live for at least two global SAP rollout.
• Responsible for updating the template for future cutovers during the global implementation of the new systems.
• Provides cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordination of legacy shut down activities prior to application activation.
• Responsible for coordinating with the project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover and legacy business process transition.
• Previous experience of working with Global teams with various stakeholders and multiple delivery partners.
• Develops detailed cut-over checklist and project plan.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the Cut-over Project Plan.
• Responsible for detailed project management of the cut-over and conversion deliverables to the new system, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cut-over.
• Manual Testing
• 10+ years of experience.
Preferred:
• Spanish / Portuguese language skills would be added advantage.
• General Technical Project Management.
