Location: Remote (United States)

Work Model: Remote

Industry: AI Search Software

Compensation: $110K-$160K base (commensurate with experience), plus equity

About the Company

Our partner is an AI search platform that helps businesses show up in AI-generated search results. Beyond their software platform, they offer forward-deployed engineering that builds custom attribution models for large enterprise customers, integrating deeply with each customer's revenue and CRM data. They work with some of the world's largest brands on substantial enterprise contracts and sit in the top tier of startups for growth and revenue. The team is small, exceptionally talented, and holds a very high bar. This is a true ground-floor opportunity in a market measured in the hundreds of billions.

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role, roughly half client-facing consulting and half product management. About 30% of your time is client-facing: managing a handful of enterprise accounts, onboarding them, running the customization process, and driving real results. The remaining time is spent acting as a product manager, building the product roadmap based on client needs and prototyping new products and agents to help the company scale faster, including spinning up production prototypes to hand off to engineering.

You will report directly to the founder. The pace is intense, the work is hands-on, and there is no fixed ceiling on what you can grow into.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and onboard a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts
  • Run the customization process and drive measurable results for clients
  • Build the product roadmap based on client needs
  • Ideate and prototype new products and agents to accelerate scaling
  • Spin up production prototypes to pass to the engineering team
  • Bridge the client and product sides of the business
Requirements
  • At least one full year of relevant experience
  • Client-facing experience preferred
  • Background in junior banking, junior consulting, or startup strategy and operations
  • Sharp, analytical, and genuinely interested in the AI search space
  • AI-enabled and comfortable working with modern tooling
  • Comfortable working in-office 5 days per week at a high intensity
  • Bonus: prestigious or elite professional background
