Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Associate to provide operational support across investment implementation, account administration, money movement, and day-to-day team needs.


The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to accuracy and follow-through. This person will work closely with the Relationship Management and Operations teams to ensure client requests and investment decisions are implemented accurately and efficiently.


This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and become an important member of the team as the firm continues to grow.


Key Responsibilities:

Trade & Investment Implementation

  • Implement investment decisions and client-directed transactions across custodial platforms.
  • Enter and process trades accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with new investments and portfolio changes.
  • Monitor trade activity and follow up on pending or incomplete transactions.
  • Coordinate with custodians, investment managers, and internal team members to resolve trade-related issues.


Money Movement & Account Administration

  • Assist with new account openings, account maintenance, and account transfers.
  • Process wires, ACH transfers, journal entries, and other account-related transactions.
  • Monitor transfers and cash movements through completion.
  • Coordinate with custodians and other third parties regarding account-related requests.


Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate client and account information across custodial systems, CRM, reporting platforms, and internal databases.
  • Assist with operational reporting, account reconciliations, and routine data reviews.
  • Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.


Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to Relationship Managers, Advisors, and the Operations team.
  • Help manage and prioritize incoming operational requests.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
  • Serve as a dependable resource to the team as the firm continues to grow.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in wealth management, investment management, brokerage, financial services, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with financial systems and technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
