The primary responsibility of this role will be to successfully execute our mission critical project portfolios as it relates to the comprehensive oversight of turnkey execution within our Carrier/ALC HQ portfolio. In addition, the scope of this responsibility will include but not be limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Performs on-site services for new and existing clients and acts as local on-site Carrier representative to the customer's organization.
  • Troubleshoots complex technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Acts as the expert in product knowledge/subject matter expert and performs complex diagnostic procedures.
  • Interprets test information to resolve complex design/system related problems and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provides input to business decisions regarding servicing of customer equipment and customer service philosophy.
  • Manages statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
  • Assists managers to optimize the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment and energy
  • Ensuring on-time/on-budget execution of assigned projects
  • Oversight of ALC distribution network (Branches and Dealers)
  • Assisting in logistical and supply chain planning for each project in portfolio
  • Assisting sales organization with new project RFP's

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • Possess and maintain valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in a business or construction discipline and 7+ years' experience in the HVAC controls industry with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Construction
  • Possess and maintain the ability to report to assigned work location reliably.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of average workweek, including air travel, overnight hotel stays, and unexpected travel when required.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
