About this role:

In this role, you will:

  • Research complex credit investigations and diverse credit information for loans

  • Review andidentifybasic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives while exercising independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverables

  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team, to meet project deliverables, whileleveragingsolid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, andmid levelmanagers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structurefor clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B

  • Completion of a formal credit training program

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services,suchascommercial lending and treasury management

  • Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growth

  • Experience developing andmaintainingexternal and internal partnerships

  • Experienceidentifyingand mitigatingrisk, ensuring compliance with processesand procedures

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
