Job Description POSITION PROFILE Will be responsible for establishing and managing the technology architecture direction and standards for the Key Area of Focus that Ricoh takes to market to evolve our Ricoh US Portfolio. Works with strategy managers in industry verticals and core business domains to apply the technology architecture standards and establish specific technology and business strategies for service offerings. Champions the use of technology to transform the solution delivery models and modernize traditional services.

Researches emerging trends in technologies, determines their application in Ricoh's portfolio, and identifies their placement in multi-year roadmaps. Facilitates the development of mutually beneficial partnerships with key vendors to accelerate Ricoh's ability to service the market. Communicates technical vision, roadmaps, and applications to senior leaders within Ricoh and targeted customers and vendors with clarity and conciseness, ensuring the business implications are properly comprehended.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluates existing and emerging technologies and determines their placement within the area of focus Establishes technology investment priorities Determines where technology overlaps exist in the portfolio and establishes plans for consolidation Ensures architectural harmony across offerings and eliminates conflicts that may exist in the differing technology selections between offerings to ensure customer investments with Ricoh are optimized Ensures the service delivery models properly reflect the optimization that was targeted through the introduction of new technologies Advises strategy managers and services governance boards on emerging technologies and their application in industry verticals and/or core business domains Works closely with our execution leaders to ensure synergies across all solutions Location Nationwide, Pennsylvania Job Description Continued Evaluates vendor technologies and roadmaps Identifies strategic vendors and drives partnerships to build compelling value for customers Provides thought leadership across the organization on the application of technologies and their impact on existing services as well as the new services they create Creates and executes communications plans regarding technology architecture direction, standards, and roadmaps Identifies and manages resources required to successfully execute cross-functional initiatives Performs other duties as assigned Requirements QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10 years' experience developing and delivering technology solutions to customers, with the majority of that experience in emerging IT services preferred 5 years' experience developing technology roadmaps and service offerings for a technology company or service provider Experience leading large, complex, development projects within a matrixed organization Experience in organizational change management, ensuring lasting adoption of transformation programs Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
