Neocol partners with the world's most innovative subscription businesses to solve complex, high-impact challenges and unlock scalable growth. As a leading Salesforce Summit Partner, we bring deep expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to help customers transform how they sell, service, and scale.

What sets Neocol apart is not just our technical depth, but how we work. We've built proven playbooks, accelerators, and delivery models that empower teams to move quickly, confidently, and with purpose - always with a focus on meaningful outcomes.

At Neocol, you'll join a team that values expertise, curiosity, and ownership - and gives you the opportunity to make a measurable impact in the subscription economy.

  • Help shape Neocol's technology point of view, market differentiation, and executive presence with customers and partners
Delivery Management
  • Accountable for the technical success, health, and quality of programs delivered across Neocol's client portfolio
  • Drive adoption of reusable assets, accelerators, development standards, governance practices, and technical playbooks
Sales & Delivery Partnership
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery leaders to ensure opportunities are appropriately solutioned, estimated, staffed, and positioned for successful delivery
  • Assign and enable the right technical leaders to support priority deal cycles and strategic pursuits
  • Strengthen the connection between pre-sales solutioning and delivery execution so commitments made during the sales cycle translate into successful programs
  • Hold final decision authority on technical feasibility (go/no-go) for strategic pursuits, and on architecture sign-off for engagements above [defined risk/size threshold]
People & Practice Management
  • Own the strategy, structure, capabilities, and operating rhythm for Neocol's technical architecture and development organization including assets, accelerators, development standards, governance practices, and technical playbooks
  • Lead, coach, and develop technical leaders and teams across the United States and nearshore Americas
  • Partner with People and Delivery leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and critical talent retention
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Significant leadership experience in a technology consulting or professional services firm, with responsibility for technical architecture, engineering, or development organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading technical teams and a 40 Million dollar + services portfolio
  • A track record of leading leaders - not only individual contributors - and managing organizations across multiple teams, programs, or accounts
  • Deep experience connecting sales solutioning, estimation, staffing, governance, and delivery execution
  • Strong executive judgment and the ability to identify technical and delivery risk across a complex portfolio
  • Experience leading distributed delivery teams, including nearshore and/or offshore models
  • Credibility with senior clients, executives, architects, engineers, delivery leaders, and sales teams
  • The ability to translate highly technical topics into clear business implications, decisions, and actions
  • Substantial technical depth across enterprise architecture, software engineering, systems integration, cloud platforms, and large-scale consulting delivery
Essential Skills & Mindset
  • Strategic, enterprise-level thinking paired with a willingness to engage deeply when critical decisions or escalations require it
  • Calm, transparent, and accountable leadership with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of how technical decisions affect revenue, margin, delivery quality, and client trust
  • Ability to build alignment across Sales, Delivery, Technology, People, and executive leadership
  • A coaching-oriented leadership style that develops strong leaders and creates clear accountability
  • Comfort operating in a growing organization where structure, processes, and capabilities are continuing to evolve
  • Results-focused mindset with ownership of critical metrics and measurable outcomes
  • High moral and ethical standards, with a strong regard for integrity, reliability, and trust
What Would Set You Apart
