Job description

FIFTEEN GROUP CAPITAL

We’re Hiring!

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Miami, FLFull-TimeOn-Site$85,000 – $100,000 Annually

ABOUT FIFTEEN GROUP

Since 1992, Fifteen Group has built a reputation as one of the most successful multidisciplinary real estate investment companies in the market. Our entrepreneurial approach and outstanding investment track record have positioned us as a leader in opportunistic real estate investments across multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use asset classes. We take pride in finding opportunities where others see none—and in building teams of sharp, driven professionals who grow alongside the firm. We are headquartered in Miami with an office in Los Angeles.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Portfolio Management Analyst to join our Miami-based investment team. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to be in the room where deals get done—not just read about them.

In this role, you will be at the center of the firm’s acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities, providing critical transaction coordination and operational support to a lean, high-performing team. The day-to-day work is process-driven and detail-intensive, and we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in doing it well. In exchange, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to complex real estate transactions, direct access to senior leadership, and a front-row seat to how a private real estate investment firm operates at every level.

If you’re sharp, organized, hungry to learn, and ready to put in the work—this is your way in.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Transaction Management & Coordination

  • Support end-to-end transaction execution for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings—tracking critical dates, milestones, and closing timelines.
  • Assist with due diligence coordination, including document collection, third-party vendor management, and tracking deliverables such as appraisals, environmental assessments, and property condition reports.
  • Manage closing logistics and ensure all required documentation is properly executed and distributed.
  • Maintain comprehensive, well-organized deal files including purchase agreements, loan documents, closing statements, and due diligence reports.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for brokers, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and property managers throughout the transaction process.
  • Assist with preparation of investment committee presentations, deal summaries, and offering memoranda.
  • Maintain deal pipeline tracking and assist with transaction activity reporting for senior management.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the acquisitions and asset management teams, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate property tours, due diligence site visits, and meetings with brokers, investors, and vendors.
  • Assist with invoice tracking, expense reporting, and vendor payment coordination.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain organized digital file systems and document management across all transaction and property records.
  • Support lender reporting and compliance submissions by gathering and organizing required data and documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and firm-wide initiatives as directed by senior leadership.

Portfolio & Asset Management Support

  • Track leasing activity, occupancy, and key operational metrics across the portfolio.
  • Assist with preparation of periodic reporting packages for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with property managers and third-party vendors to gather operational data.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by collecting and organizing property-level data.
  • Assist with capital project tracking, including monitoring timelines, budgets, and completion status.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related field; prior exposure to real estate transactions, investment, or property management preferred.
  • Experience supporting transaction coordination, due diligence, or closings in a commercial real estate environment is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate investment concepts (NOI, cap rates, IRR) is helpful but not required—a genuine willingness and aptitude to learn is what matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; experience with DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, or Yardi a plus.

Who You Are

  • Exceptionally organized with an obsessive attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator—clear, professional, and polished in writing and in person.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without being asked twice.
  • Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • Genuinely curious about real estate and excited by the prospect of building a career in investments and asset management.
  • At ease working closely with senior leadership and external counterparties.

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

  • Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Full-time, on-site position based in our Miami, Florida office.
  • Competitive benefits package.
