Job description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
  • Lead the DD&T Site Digital Delivery for Brooklyn Park digital transformation, delivering capabilities that improve site performance, strengthen compliance, enable manufacturing readiness, and support future-ready ways of working.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Automation, EHS, Finance, Procurement, HR, global DD&T teams, and site leadership to shape the digital roadmap, prioritize business value, deliver the portfolio, and drive adoption.
  • Act as program/portfolio leader by building productive stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery of digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with application SMEs to understand systems/interfaces and ensure good data quality in exchanged data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop strategic business cases and digital roadmaps with an execution focus.
  • Use existing digital technologies to automate and simplify repetitive tasks.
  • Support digital governance, portfolio prioritization, roadmap management, investment planning, value realization tracking, and alignment with above-site strategy.
  • Lead/support delivery of the Brooklyn Park digital portfolio (shop floor/operations, digital core, predictive plant use cases, intelligent automation, data visualization, digital communications, authentication modernization, platform lifecycle improvements).
  • Drive transformation via cross-functional team leadership and effective project management; manage Capex/Opex financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders, and accruals.
  • Coach teams managing smaller portfolio projects; apply continuous improvement and fact-based decision-making.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED/REQUIRED)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant systems/business experience.
  • 5+ years applying information systems solutions to business problems.
  • 1+ years leadership experience.
  • Experience with digital platforms relevant to pharmaceuticals (e.g., data visualization/analytics, RPA, IoT, paperless, digital twin, AR/VR/XR, biometric authentication, AI companion).
  • Experience with system testing, validation, problem resolution, and training.
  • Working knowledge of SCRUM, Agile, change management, project management, SDLC, computer validation, and data integrity compliance.
KEY SKILLS
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to lead, coach, motivate, and influence.
  • Business partnering; program/project & financial management; business case ownership.
  • Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, dashboarding tools, MS Teams, MS Visio, MS Project.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Transportation to attend meetings; ability to fly regionally and globally.
