Job Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
  • The DD&T Site Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for advancing the Brooklyn Park digital transformation strategy and delivering digital capabilities that improve site performance, strengthen compliance, enable manufacturing readiness and build future-ready ways of working.
  • This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Automation, EHS, Finance, Procurement, HR, global DD&T teams and site leadership to shape the digital roadmap, prioritize business value, deliver the portfolio and drive adoption across the site.
  • Act as the program/portfolio leader to develop strong, consultative, and productive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of digital initiatives
  • Collaborate with application SMEs to understanding systems and interfaces ensuring good data quality of the data exchange during usage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with business and technology leaders brainstorming solutions, developing strategic business cases & building digital roadmaps; with a focus on execution
  • Encourage the use of existing digital technologies to automate and simplify repetitive tasks
  • Operate as a site-facing DD&T leader by supporting digital governance, portfolio prioritization, roadmap management, investment planning, value realization tracking and alignment between site priorities and above-site DD&T strategy.
  • Lead or support delivery of the Brooklyn Park digital portfolio, including shop floor and operations capabilities, digital core initiatives, predictive plant use cases, intelligent automation, data visualization, digital communications, authentication modernization and platform lifecycle improvements.
  • Drive the digital transformation programs and projects through:
    • Leading multi-disciplined, cross functional teams in building capabilities and delivering results utilizing effective Project Management skills
    • Expertly controlling project financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing purchase orders & accruals for both Capex & Opex expenditures
  • Provide coaching to business and technology resources managing smaller projects within the Digital Transformation portfolio
  • Maintain/develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful collaborations
  • Exhibit a continuous improvement (CI) mindset to automate and simplify repetitive tasks
  • Persuade others with fact-based judgments of business situations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business.
  • 5+ years' experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Good understanding of the available Digital technology platforms and their applicability in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Data Visualization & Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, IoT, Paperless technologies, Digital Twin, AR/VR/XR, Biometric authentication, AI Companion).
  • Experience in system testing, validation, problem resolution, and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience in leading projects and management skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, motivate and influence others in the organization.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Process and Pharmaceuticals industrial preferred
  • Gather, understand, and document business processes, objectives, specifications, and requirements on medium/large size projects.
  • Working knowledge of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management, SDLC, Computer Validation, and Data Integrity Compliance
  • Possess strong and effective leadership, self-management, time management, team management and project/program management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across all levels of the organization to drive transformational change.
  • Ability to write and speak in the English language with master proficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$116,000.00 - $182,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
