Who We're Looking For
We seek rising seniors who are:
  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Accounting.
  • Academically strong (3.5+ GPA preferred).
  • Passionate about markets, investments, and solving complex problems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communicators who thrive in collaborative environments.

Compensation
The 2027 hourly pay rate for this position is listed below. Compensation will be paid based on hours worked and in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour laws, including overtime requirements where applicable. This role is FLSA non-exempt.
Location: Arlington, Virginia
Hourly Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour (annualized equivalent $83,200)
Housing Assistance Stipend: $2,000
Travel Stipend: Up to $450
