Highlights of the Full-Time Opportunity:

• Full-time obligation is 176 shifts per year.
• Staffing model planned 40+ Anesthesiologists and 100+ CRNAs covering 65 sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo, and ECT.
• CRNAs have a Chief CRNA to lead the team and represent their division within the group and with hospital administration. 
  
• Average anesthesia volume 65,000+ cases annually.
• Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neuro, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Robotics, Spine, Vascular, and Level II Trauma.

• Retention bonuses and a Relocation allowance is provided.
• Premium pay calculation if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium calculation also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
• Full array of benefits offered including health, dental, vision, Long-term/short-term disability, CME/PTO, and 403(b) with a 4% match.
• 280 hours PTO (7 weeks) + 40 hours (5 days) CME
• As an employee of a public, State of Florida organization, CRNAs are entitled to sovereign immunity. No tail coverage needed should you leave our organization.
• CRNAs are eligible to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. First Physicians Group and SMHCS are not-for-profit organizations 501(c)(3).
