Job description

Flow Companies of Charlottesville is seeking a Porsche/Audi Product Pro. Serving as a brand ambassador, providing in-depth product knowledge to clients, conducting personalized vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and assisting with the delivery of new and preowned vehicles.

Responsibilities of the Porsche/Audi Pro are, but not limited to:

  • Providing detailed information and demonstrations of Porsche and Audi vehicles, technologies, and features to clients.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, ensure they are clean and complete final quality inspections.
  • Conduct vehicle deliveries and ensure customers fully understand their new vehicle before leaving.
  • Guide new owners through all functions and features of their new vehicle including the myPorsche and myAudi apps.
  • Creating and maintaining a personalized, premium, and informative experience for potential buyers, focusing on customer service and retention.
  • Stay current with the latest Porsche and Audi products, features, and trends.
  • Be available to support clients after their initial delivery and assist them with a 2nd vehicle orientation.
  • Ensure that all clients are logged into and are able to use the myPorsche and myAudi apps at the time of delivery.
  • Greeting clients and treating them as a guest in our home when they enter our Porsche Center or Audi showroom.
  • Producing and sharing Porsche/Audi content for current owners and potential buyers to engage with on our social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record to perform vehicle deliveries, test drives, fuel vehicles, lot and showroom organization, etc
  • Must be available to work a 45 hour, 5 day work week that falls between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday through Saturday
  • Be physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, assist customers with vehicle hoods and trunk lids, enter and exit vehicles regularly, assist customers indoors and outdoors, etc
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
