Douglas Aquatics is looking for a friendly, self motivated and dependable Service Pool Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for pool & spa cleanings and the support of equipment to ensure safe and sanitary conditions.

Requirements:


  • Organize your time and workload efficiently and effectively to meet service schedules
  • Clean swimming pools and spas using the appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Service pool equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance
  • Test water and adjust water balance using the appropriate chemicals
  • Operate a variety of machines and equipment including pumps, hoses and brushes
  • Add chemicals safely and accurately to ensure proper water quality
  • Maintain equipment and inventory in the company vehicle
  • Complete work orders accurately and report any service requirements to management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, service oriented environment
  • Understand, follow oral and written directions

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Outdoor environment.

Heavy lifting required.

Exposure to toxic chemicals.

Work weekends as needed.

Must have a Valid Driver's License
