The Porsche Pro is tasked with providing customer service to all who enter our dealership and ensuring each customer as an experience that exceeds their expectations when picking up their new or preowned vehicle for the first time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a car or technology enthusiast with an affinity for sales and customer service as the Porsche Pro is responsible for training new or repeat Porsche owners how to best use all the features and functions of their new vehicle.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver an exceptional Porsche ownership experience by serving as the dealership's product expert before, during, and after the sale.
  • Conduct personalized vehicle deliveries that educate clients on vehicle features, performance capabilities, Porsche Connect services, driver assistance technologies, and vehicle personalization.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive follow-up, answering product questions, and providing ongoing ownership support.
  • Assist prospective clients during the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance while supporting Sales Consultants as needed.
  • Stay current on Porsche products, model updates, technology, accessories, charging solutions (where applicable), and brand initiatives through continuous training and certification.
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery appointments, ensuring vehicles are fully prepared, configured, and personalized prior to client arrival.
  • Support dealership events, vehicle launches, driving experiences, owner clinics, and customer appreciation events that strengthen engagement with the Porsche brand.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, client interactions, and follow-up activities while collaborating with Sales, Service, and Parts teams to deliver a seamless ownership experience.

  • Experience in luxury automotive, hospitality, retail, customer experience, product training, or client relationship management is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
