The Associate, Collegiate and Advocate Relations will assist Poppi’s collegiate events, online community and micro-influencer ecosystem: supporting strategy, execution, and long-term growth of our collegiate and creator community. This role is responsible for supporting the activation of creators around key brand moments, building authentic relationships at scale, and ensuring poppi shows up culturally across campuses and social platforms.
This role blends collegiate marketing campaigns and creator marketing with strong cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Creative, Trade and Culture teams. You’ll support high-impact creator initiatives, scale our creator community, and manage college creator relationships to ensure poppi continues to grow as College’s Favorite Soda.
ResponsibilitiesCollegiate & Advocate Community Support
- Support poppi’s collegiate advocates, post-graduates advocate programming, and micro-influencer communities
- Execute and scale systems for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing long-term advocates
- Foster authentic, high-trust relationships that drive consistent advocacy and cultural relevance
- Serve as a key point of contact for creator and advocate communications
Creator Campaign Strategy & Execution Support
- Support poppi Advocate campaigns tied to key brand moments, including:
- Flavor launches
- Major cultural moments (e.g., Super Bowl, Spring Break, Back to School)
- Evergreen brand support initiatives
- Execute creator engagement through weekly seeding programs (100+ seedings per week), relationship building, and long-term partnerships
- Create briefs and manage communications with community + agencies
- Ensure creator activations align with brand voice, values, and campaign objectives
- Track performance and engagement to inform future strategy
Events & IRL Moments
- Support the planning and execution of on-campus events, brand pop-ups, and experiential moments tied to sports, Greek life, and key cultural moments
- Attend and document events, creating behind-the-scenes and real time content that extends the moment across platforms
- Coordinate with the brand and field marketing teams to ensure poppi has a powerful, on-brand presence at major campus events
Operational Support & Program Management
- Support the creation of “prebiotic party” mailing lists and communications
- Successfully follow timelines and workflows across creator initiatives
- Support budget tracking and forecasting related to creator and advocate programs
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Provide insights into creator trends, Gen Z behavior, and campus culture
- Support and develop interns as well as the college ambassador program
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- 1–2+ years of experience in creator marketing, community management, brand marketing, or partnerships
- Experience working within creator ecosystems (organic and/or paid)
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- Experience analyzing performance data and applying insights to improve results
- Based in a hub location with flexibility to travel as needed
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require a 50-pound lifting ability.
