Job description

Manage the digital ecosystem behind a growing national franchise network

Poolwerx is looking for a Marketing Technology & Platforms Specialist to take ownership of the digital ecosystem supporting our national brand and network Franchise Partners.

This isn't a traditional content or social media marketing role.

You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, technology, platform governance and franchise operations, ensuring our websites, marketing platforms, digital assets, agency partners and reporting environments work together effectively.

You'll help create a reliable, scalable and well-governed digital environment that enables our Franchise Partners and marketing team to move faster and perform better.

What you'll own
  • Maintain governance, access, documentation and administration standards across the USA marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Manage key digital assets, including Google Business Profiles, Birdeye, Meta Business assets and future approved platforms.
  • Manage Poolwerx USA websites, location pages and associated digital properties.
  • Coordinate platform onboarding, configuration, integrations and deployment.
  • Deploy the digital components of national and local marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign landing pages, tracking, testing and digital launch readiness.
  • Lead day-to-day relationships with digital agencies and technology partners.
  • Manage agency delivery, platform implementation and performance against agreed scopes, service levels and KPIs.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting across website, lead and campaign performance.
  • Surface website, platform, lead and campaign performance insights to support marketing decision-making.
  • Support Franchise Partners with digital onboarding, platform activation and issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve our digital ecosystem and processes.
What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who understands how marketing technology works operationally and enjoys taking ownership of the systems that make great marketing possible.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience managing websites, marketing technology platforms or digital ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of website CMS platforms (Storyblok) and digital governance.
  • Experience with marketing platforms, integrations and digital campaign deployment.
  • Experience managing digital agencies and technology vendors.
  • Confidence working with analytics, dashboards and digital performance reporting.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience within franchising, retail, home services or a multi-location business would be highly regarded.

You don't need to be a developer, but you do need to be technically confident, curious and comfortable managing digital platforms and agencies rather than simply using them.

Why Poolwerx?

This is an opportunity to own much more than a single marketing channel.

You'll help connect and strengthen the digital infrastructure supporting an entire franchise marketing ecosystem, working alongside both USA and global specialists as our digital capability continues to evolve.

If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems and making marketing technology work better for the people who rely on it, we'd love to hear from you.
