HubSpot & Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: North Dallas Area – 3 days onsite
This position does not support third-party submissions, subcontracting, or Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements.
IMPORTANT:

We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot & Digital Marketing Specialist to join a growing B2B organization in Richardson, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for HubSpot while also owning day-to-day digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and combining marketing technology, automation, analytics, content, and campaign execution to generate leads and support sales growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM data, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

***Nice to have: B2B SaaS or healthcare technology experience, HubSpot certifications, Adobe Creative Suite experience, and experience supporting trade shows, webinars, or other events.
What You’ll Do
  • Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and CMS.
  • Build and manage workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, forms, landing pages, and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop and execute email, LinkedIn, paid advertising, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Manage website content and optimization, including landing pages, forms, SEO, and conversion improvements.
  • Monitor marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Partner with sales and leadership on lead generation, sales enablement, outbound campaigns, and account-based marketing.
  • Create and manage marketing content, presentations, social media, email campaigns, and other sales/marketing materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, analytics, and approved AI tools.
