They ensure guests have a pleasant experience by providing prompt service, answering menu questions, and maintaining cleanliness in the pool area. Poolside servers often work at hotels, resorts, or private clubs where they must be attentive, personable, and able to work outdoors. Their duties may also include preparing simple drinks, handling payments, and assisting with special requests. Excellent customer service and multitasking skills are essential for this role.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a poolside server?

To thrive as a Poolside Server, you need a solid understanding of food and beverage service, basic math skills, and often a high school diploma or equivalent.
