Job Description
The Service Technician for Sweetwater Pools - Coastal is the front line and face of the company. He or she is responsible for carrying out the regular maintenance duties that Sweetwater has been hired to do by our customers. Delivering consistent and high quality service to each of our customers is of the upmost concern for this position. This role is key to leaving a lasting impression with each customer, and is also key in maintaining client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service. This position is both physically demanding and mentally challenging. This is a seasonal full-time position with potential for permanent full-time based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Basic pump and filter maintenance
  • Vacuuming/Skimming/Brushing pools
  • Maintaining chemical levels
  • Maintaining salt systems/chlorine generators
  • Occasional minor repairs
  • Interacting with homeowners on a daily basis in a professional manner

Physical Demands:
Lift up to 100lbs, sit, kneel, stand for long periods, jump, squat, crawl, reach, and drive a vehicle for extended periods.

Required Qualifications:
  • Legal ability to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to work.
  • A working and reliable cell phone. (A phone with a camera and picture-sending capabilities is preferred but not required.)
  • A clear criminal history; i.e., no felony convictions.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • A valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
