This listing is only for our DOWNTOWN location.

Line servers and prep cooks at Central BBQ must be able to maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. You will set up stations and collect all necessary supplies for service, make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately. You will be required to constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices, follow written or verbal instructions, and work in a high pace and hot environment. You will need to be flexible with you job duties, self motivated and organized. Effective communication skills and menu knowledge is necessary as you will interact with guests when running orders. You must be able to lift 25-50 lbs and practice accurate portion control.
