About the role
At Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, the Pool Food Runner supports the seamless execution of our Rooftop & Pool dining experience. This role ensures timely, accurate delivery of food and provides warm, attentive service that enhances the guest's poolside visit.
What you will do
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly, ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation.
  • Assist in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware in a polished and unobtrusive manner.
  • Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards and anticipate their needs by responding promptly and courteously to requests or concerns.
  • Support food preparation by stocking linens, china, glassware, silver, and basic food items; assist with small prep tasks such as toast, soup, or beverage setup.
  • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and breaking down buffets or food stations.
  • Uphold Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and maintain strong, professional relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Support servers by assisting with guest seating, water service, and additional help as needed to enhance the dining experience.
What you bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of food service or related hospitality experience.
  • Ability to accurately read food tickets, communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams, and carry/balance trays safely.
  • Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
