Job description

IV Pool Careย is actively searching for an experienced and skilled Pool Maintenance Technician to enhance our professional team! If you have a strong understanding of pool systems, a knack for troubleshooting, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine pool cleaning tasks (skimming, vacuuming, brushing).

  • Conduct comprehensive water chemistry testing and precise chemical balancing.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, etc.).

  • Perform preventative maintenance on pool equipment.

  • Identify and repair leaks in pool plumbing and structures.

  • Install new pool equipment as needed.

  • Maintain accurate service records and inventory of parts.

  • Educate clients on proper pool care and equipment operation.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Manage and optimize service routes for efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2ย years of proven experience in pool maintenance and repair.

  • Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and hydraulics.

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing pool equipment.

  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various outdoor conditions.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
