Job description

Job Summary:

The Technician will perform a wide range of tasks in support of workers on the construction site.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Learn proper pool maintenance procedures per our standards, such as skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls/steps, and cleaning pool filters.

· Interact with clients professionally, providing explanations of repairs and maintenance recommendations.

· Conduct water quality tests and coach customers on adjustments to chemicals to maintain proper water balance and safety.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used/vehicle inventory, and customer interactions.

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and pool conditions.

· Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.

· Cleans job site at the end of the day, ensuring trash and or debris are properly disposed of, and materials or equipment are properly stored.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.

· Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.

· Ability to work with a variety of personalities.

· Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

· Must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively and often.

· Must be able to swim.

Education and Experience:

· Prior job experience preferred but not required.

· Valid state driver’s license.
