Aaron’s Leak Detection is hiring a Pool Leak Detection Technician in the Orlando/Central Florida area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday field role with paid training, company vehicle, phone, tools, and a starting salary of $45,000–$55,000.

Paid training. Company vehicle. No commission. No upselling. Monday–Friday schedule. Full-time salary. Outdoor active work. Established Central Florida company.

Pool Leak Detection Technician - Position Summary :

As a Pool Leak Detection Technician, you are on the frontline of delivering exceptional

service to our community. Your primary day-to-day activities will be interacting with

customers, locating pool leaks, and doing minor repairs. You will dive pools year round,

rain or shine, hot or cold (dry suits provided for winter, but must be able to work outside

in all temperatures) A small portion of your work week will include administrative tasks and computer work. There will be paid training for this position.

After the training portion you will have a company vehicle and all equipment necessary for completing your work.

Qualifications:

● Excellent driving record with a valid Florida driver’s license

â—Ź Great social and communication skills

â—Ź Understanding of hand and power tools

â—Ź Strong work ethic

â—Ź Physically fit for the job; capable of moving and lifting 100 pounds, average or

better hearing and eyesight, ability to swim

â—Ź Basic computer and smartphone skills

â—Ź Complete integrity; drug-free, smoke-free, and a clean criminal record

â—Ź Very detail oriented

â—Ź A logical and critical thinker with systems, mechanical and other-wise

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, normal business hours. A company

vehicle and phone will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: This position starts at $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience.
