Job description

Become part of our team! We are seeking a Full-Time Beach Club Pool Attendant for a private residential community and sporting club unlike any other.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all Windsor Members and Guests while at the pool and beach.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Responsible for completion of daily scheduled tasks to provide services for the operation and use of the Windsor Beach Club Pool and all adjacent facilities and areas as described below:
  • Assist with monitoring the condition, maintaining the pool deck area, and surrounding areas and surfaces, including furniture, landscaping, and lighting to keep in top condition.
  • Assist with and support maintenance of related facilities and areas including, Beach Club, Pool Cabanas, BC & Cabana Restrooms, Cabana Grille, Loading Dock, Beach areas and Beach Boardwalks, Gates, Entrances and Walkways.
  • Regular attendance, timeliness, and neat personal appearance are required.

Member Guest Hospitality & Safety

  • Make every effort to exceed member expectations for a pleasant, comfortable, and safe pool, cabana, and beach experience with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Assist with organizing and providing specific amenities including, poolside tables and lounges, pool towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas to meet the needs of Members and Guests.
  • Strive to keep all conditions, appearances, and general atmosphere in the approved Windsor style.

Pool Facility Conditions, Operations, Equipment and Maintenance

  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining pool facility conditions, pool operations, pool water and related areas, and equipment daily. Areas and items of responsibility will include pool surfaces, pool structure, deck surfaces, lighting, steps, and ladders. Also included are all pump systems, plumbing, filters, heaters, chemical systems, water monitoring and related mechanicals and utilities.

Manage Building Maintenance Work

  • Conduct assigned maintenance work to keep facilities in top condition, operating properly and in compliances with all safety requirements.
  • Fulfill orders/requests as assigned by Pool Manager and coordinate with same and other department managers daily to make sure repairs and maintenance are completed in satisfactory and timely manner.
Organize and Control of Equipment and Materials
  • Proper and safe storage, use, application and/or operation of all equipment and materials.
  • Safely and successfully conduct all equipment maintenance programs including regular scheduled servicing and applications,
  • Maintain proper levels of maintenance equipment and supplies required for completion of daily tasks.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions for this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and crouching. Frequently exposed to noise, heat, and cold. Must frequently lift and/or move items under 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions. Must be physically present.
