We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pool Service Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who thrives outdoors, enjoys leading by example, and values integrity.


Position: Commercial Pool Service Lead

As a Pool Service Lead
, you will oversee pool operations at a designated commercial property. You'll be responsible for ensuring that pool and spa systems run safely and efficiently, performing maintenance activities, monitoring water quality, and upholding our commitment to resort-quality service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning, water testing, and pool maintenance.
  • Safely handle and apply pool chemicals in compliance with company standards.
  • Test and balance water chemistry for safe and clear conditions.
  • Brush tile lines, pool walls, and pool bottoms to maintain cleanliness.
  • Inspect, maintain, test, and diagnose pool equipment performance.
  • Identify equipment repair needs and communicate them promptly to the office.
  • Complete daily field documentation and site reports accurately.
  • Follow One Stop Pool Pros' proven service methods to deliver consistent results.
  • Work independently on-site while maintaining communication with management.
  • Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits.
  • Uphold company standards of customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct.


Requirements for this position are that you have:

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
