What You'll Do
As an installer, you'll work on sunrooms, pool cages, and screened enclosures from start to finish, delivering high-quality results on every job.
Your role includes:
  • Preparing all materials and tools before heading to the job site
  • Coordinating with the Installation Manager on supplies and schedules
  • Keeping each project on time and up to standard
  • Documenting progress using company-provided devices
  • Meeting all building codes and engineering requirements
  • Leading assistants and ensuring top-notch craftsmanship
  • Maintaining professional customer interactions

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of construction experience (carpentry, windows, roofing, or framing)
  • High school diploma or GED required; trade school a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math and measuring abilities
  • Remodeling experience is a plus
