Job description

Aquatic Escape Pools and Services is a swimming pool management company that services community pools in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey . We take pride in our exceptional customer service and the attention to detail in our craft. We are an open and fair employer that treats everyone including our employees and clients with utmost respect.

We are seeking experienced Part-Time to Full time Technicians to service our community pools . Due to coronavirus, the proper precautions will be regulated to ensure the safety of our employees and the clients encountered.

Trained technicians are recognized as individuals who had previously worked at a swimming pool company for at least one season or had attended a training/certification course. Trained Technicians must have knowledge on the basics of pool equipment, pool functionality and water chemistry. Training is provided to all employees and new hires, however all employees MUST have swimming capabilities.

We pay our technicians based on experience and ability to improve their workmanship. We frequently offer many incentives such as bonuses and raises for constant individual improvement and when company goals are met.

Job duties include vacuuming swimming pools, opening/closing swimming pools, chemical diagnoses and equipment troubleshooting. Heavy lifting required up to 50lbs. Must work outside in warmer temperatures and inclement weather. Open and fair opportunity workplace and individual must show professionalism to our customers. Candidates must have an understanding and experienced capability in handling various hand tools and power tools.
