Maintenance Technician - Apartments | $24-$28/hr + Full Benefits 

Location: Forest Grove, OR (Forestplace Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do 

  • Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)

  • Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained 
  • Coordinate with the property manager on priorities 

What We're Looking For 

  • 1-2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred) 
  • Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs 
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Dependable and detail-oriented 
  • Team player who can also work independently
